To organize a Confederation of Ilocano Association, Inc. Samahang Ilocano and ensure a coordinate command and control mechanism to attain effective and efficient patriotic developments plan and programs for the Filipinos alleviation worldwide, to adhere the principles of service; service to the fraternity and sorority, institutions, communities, schools, and service to humanity and the republic. To internationally promotes formation of investment center and foundation to educate and encourage chapters and members of the CIASI 61892, advance the fraternal brotherhood and sisterhood through fellowship, businesses, associates on the ideal of understanding, goodwill, camaraderie, peace, respect, and solidarity.
To have a sustainable international and national Confederation of Ilocano Associations, Inc. interlocking sectoral groupings and programs to enhance other Filipino organization to assist government efforts toward national development and modernization, high ethical standards in professions, vocations, businesses and occupations.
