Background
CIASI 61892 is part of the Confederation of Ilocano Association, Inc., an international fraternity/sorority-type organization rooted in the traditions of SAMAHANG ILOKANO, which originated in the Philippines in the 1940s. It was founded by Ilocano-speaking students seeking unity, protection, and a sense of community while away from home. Over time, the organization expanded into a global network connecting Ilocano communities worldwide.

The CIASI 61892 – Paris, France Chapter is a community-based organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights and welfare of Ilocano members. It provides mutual aid services, legal guidance, and support in key areas such as education, employment integration, and logistics.
 Established in 2023, the chapter is officially registered in the French National Directory of Associations (RNA) under identification number W931028017. It operates as a volunteer-driven organization committed to assisting individuals in need while fostering unity within the Ilocano community.
Membership and Vision 
The Paris Chapter currently consists of 58 members. It aims to expand its outreach and impact by delivering meaningful community services and positioning itself as a model organization characterized by strong, ethical, and exemplary leadership.
